Catbird Nature Connection’s childcare and mentorship programs offer families the option of sliding scale payments.  This will provide space for folks who may face access barriers to the kind of childcare they want for their children. Those with higher income households are encouraged to place themselves at the top of the scale to create more space for families at the lower end of the scale.

Little Gray Catbird Program

Hourly Rates for One-on-one Care (3 hour minimum) $ 22 - $ 28

Daily Rates per Child in Group $ 90 - $ 120

Mentorship Program

For one-on-one mentoring.

Half Day (4 Hours) $ 88 - $ 112 

Full Day (8 Hours) $ 175 - $ 225
